Service Description
Mentoring Sessions: Schools: 1-1 Mentoring is a great opportunity for staff who require a little extra support to help develop their learning and teaching in the classroom. The mentoring sessions will provide the mentee opportunities for reflection on their own pedagogy, provide tools to help develop practice and opportunities to try these tools out in the classroom. The sessions are designed to be weekly or bi - weekly and will work to support the mentee evolve their pedagogy and feel better equipped to teach their learners. Coaching Sessions: Specifically, 1-1 coaching that provides individualised sessions, has been shown to be one of the most effective ways to improve teaching. These coaching sessions will draw out the best in peoples practice and provide support to enable teachers to move from good to outstanding practice. Businesses: 1-1 Mentoring is a great opportunity for staff who require a little extra support to help develop their output. The mentoring sessions will provide the mentee opportunities for reflection and help to develop strategic plans to enable effective practices and achieve a work - life balance.
