ABOUT

Passion for Learning and Teaching provides bespoke CPD (Career Professional Development) for school communities, teachers, students and Business organisations.
As a result, standards are high in these areas and children value the opportunities that are offered to them.
Cerys has co-presented on both nationally recognised and bespoke leadership programmes and been successful herself in developing as a strong senior leader. Staff and children respect her.
She is a very good and impactful teacher who knows hers subjects well and strives to provide strong foundations for excellent learning. She has been part of a thriving leaders of learning team so understands what makes for great teaching and learning.
Throughout her time within the Trust, Cerys has embraced the many experiences and opportunities presented and as a result is a competent and well- regarded leader.
I wish her well in her new ventures and know she will bring value to any school or organisation. She will be missed but she leaves a positive legacy.

Cerys has worked within our Trust for nearly 15 years. Throughout her time with us, she has demonstrated excellent qualities of leadership. She is kind, compassionate, diligent and committed to children coupled with a thoughtful and knowledgeable approach to school improvement which ensures whatever Cerys leads on is in safe hands.
She has gained experience within two of our schools. Caludon Castle is a large, 11 -18, secondary school in Coventry serving a diverse and challenging community and Kingsbury is a small, 11-16, secondary school near Tamworth in North Warwickshire. During her time at these schools, she has made a positive difference both to Personal, Social and Health Education but also as a subject leader within Social Sciences.
