As part of Passion for Learning and Teaching we aim to see Learning communities develop, providing opportunities for both staff and students to continually reflect and enjoy the process of learning.
I truly believe leadership development underpins all educational work. All leaders are unique , there is no ideal character for leadership. All can develop emotional intelligence and deepen their knowledge, skills and leadership attribute skills to become more effective.
The career professional development (CPD) sessions, coaching and mentoring provided will develop leadership capacity at every level, building self awareness, confidence and initiative
